Michelle

Founder and Managing Director

Michelle opened up Mini Munchkins Preschool back in 2015 where she ran an established preschool during term time. Michelle is NVQ Level 3 qualified in Childcare and Management and is a mother to two amazing children.

Louise

Managing Director

Louise has worked at Mini Munchkins from near enough the start and she has dedicated herself to make the nursery thrive. Louise became director in January 2020 and she is also our new Manager. Louise has experience with Sen children as qualified in NVQ 3 in childcare. Louise is also a fabulous mum to her 12 year old son.

Charlie

Baby room leader L3 and Safeguarding Officer

Charlie works with our under 2's and is so amazing in what she does. Charlie is very maternal and caring and children adore her. Charlie is Level 3 qualified in Childcare and has also got a level 3 in Team leadership. Charlie has been with Mini Munchkins from the start and she is a dedicated mother to her two sons.

Samantha

Nursery Educator L3

Sam came to Mini Munchkins as a parent to her 2 year old daughter and eventually came on board to work with us as our apprentice. Sam is dedicated, friendly and amazing with the children. We are happy to have her on board. Sam has nearly completed her L3 in Childcare.

Nursery Apprentice L2

Michelle joined in January as our assistant and cleaner. Michelle is Louise's sister and she has two gorgeous school aged children of her own. Michelle joined us in January and is thoroughly enjoying her job with us.

Elaine

Nursery cook

Elaine is our very own dedicated nursery cook. Elaine has had years of experience working in a school as a cook to working as a barrister in a coffee shop.

Elaine cooks yummy,healthy meals for the children and thoroughly enjoys talking with the children about the different foods she makes.

Elaine has a Level 3 award in supervising food safety in catering.

Kezia

Nursery Apprentice L3

(Currently on Maternity leave)

Kezia joined our nursery back in June 2021. Kezia is studying for her NVQ 3 in Childcare workforce and is doing a tremendous job with the little ones. Kezia has worked previously for another nursery and then found us! Kezia works for our 2 year old room and is thoroughly enjoying it. Kezia is First Aid qualified. Kezia is expecting her 1st child in October which she is super excited about as are we!!

Anna

Preschool Room leader L3

Our lovely Anna has come back to work for us. Anna worked with us a couple of years ago before lockdown, we moved premises and could not keep many staff on but now we can have her back!! We are super excited to have Anna join our family again, she truly is amazing at her job. Anna has worked in childcare for many years and has lots of experience with children from ages 3 months to 5 years as well as have children of her own. Anna is our new room leader in the preschool room.
